What deletion removes

After you explicitly confirm, the service automatically deletes your Firebase account, profile, saved practice history, served-item records, progress, and active access from the live application. Processing starts immediately after confirmation and cannot be reversed.

Pending requests

You can cancel a deletion request while it is pending confirmation. Cancellation is not available after processing starts.

What can remain

We retain only the minimum payment fields that applicable tax, accounting, refund, dispute, fraud-defense, or legal-claim rules require: transaction reference, amount, currency, transaction date, refund or dispute status, and a deletion reference. The retention clock starts on the transaction date and does not restart when you delete the account. The final schedule still requires tax and legal approval for the operating entity and launch markets. The reference is the SHA-256 hash of a random receipt. You receive both once; the reference is not derived from an email or Firebase UID. Stripe controls its separate legally required payment records.

Start the request

Sign in, open the dashboard, select “Request deletion,” then select “Confirm and delete now.” This proves that the request belongs to the account and records your explicit confirmation.
